The Melbourne Grand Prix Circuit is a street circuit around Albert Park Lake, only a few kilometres south of central Melbourne.
First Grand Prix - 1996Circuit de Monaco is a street circuit laid out on the city streets of Monte Carlo and La Condamine around the harbour of the principality of Monaco. It is commonly referred to as "Monte Carlo" because it is largely inside the Monte Carlo neighbourhood of Monaco.
First Grand Prix - 1950The Marina Bay Street Circuit is a street circuit around Marina Bay, Singapore, encompassing the planning areas of Downtown Core and Kallang. It is the venue for the Singapore Grand Prix. The track is 5.063 km long in a harbourside location similar in style to the Circuit de Monaco and the Valencia Street Circuit. It also was the inaugural night race and first street circuit in Asia designed for Formula One races.
Former F1 driver Fernando Alonso won the first Formula One edition of the Grand Prix, driving for the Renault team amid controversial circumstances, when it emerged a year later that his teammate Nelson Piquet Jr. had been ordered to crash on purpose by senior team management to bring out the safety car at a certain time which would benefit Alonso.
First Grand Prix - 2008The Suzuka International Racing Course is a motorsport race track located in Ino, Suzuka City, Mie Prefecture, Japan and operated by Mobilityland Corporation, a subsidiary of Honda Motor Co, Ltd. It has a capacity of 155,000. Suzuka, openly touted by F1 drivers and fans as one of the most enjoyed, is also one of the oldest remaining tracks of the Formula One World Championship, and so has a long history of races as venue of the Japanese Grand Prix since 1987. Its traditional role as one of the last Grands Prix of the season means numerous world championships have been decided at the track.
First Grand Prix - 1987Circuit of the Americas (COTA) is a grade 1 FIA-specification 3.427-mile motor racing track and facilities located within the ETJ of Austin, Texas.
First Grand Prix - 2012The Yas Marina Circuit is the venue for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. The circuit was designed by Hermann Tilke, and is situated on Yas Island, about 30 minutes from the capital of the UAE, Abu Dhabi. Yas Marina is the second Formula One track in the Middle East, with the first being in Bahrain. This is the circuit of the final race in the F1 season.
